Matt Goss Cancels Plymouth Show After Selling Just 179 Tickets For The Event.
Editor Stephen Hill 14th January 2025
Matt Goss, the former 80s front man of pop group Bros, is encountering yet another challenge with his latest UK tour.
After announcing an exciting 21-date tour across the UK and Ireland in November 2024, fans were eager for what was to come.
Unfortunately, merely a week later, the Ireland dates were scrapped, forcing Goss to focus solely on the UK leg of the tour.
Tickets went on sale on December 13, 2024, with latest reports have emerged from Plymouth Pavilion: Goss has canceled his much-anticipated first show at the 4000 capacity arena on March 7, 2025, due to a disappointing sale of just 179 tickets.
This latest development has left his fans outraged. Many feel abandoned as Goss has failed to communicate any explanation for the cancellation, and his manager, Rob Ferguson, has been unresponsive to fan inquiries.
This is about right for Matt, doesn't give a fuck about anyone accept his ego .
ReplyDeleteThis is very normal behaviour for both Matt and Rob.
ReplyDeleteI was going Plymouth and this is shocking behaviour from Matt no apology.
ReplyDeleteSame shite every time Matt announcers a tour .
ReplyDeleteMatt is your typical narcissist male, he believes his own hype and he so desperate to be famous he creates a video to advertise his solo tour from clips from the 2017 bros tour.
ReplyDeleteAs a long time fan of both Bros and Matt I now no longer follow his solo career. He should just quietly disappear.
ReplyDeleteThe cancellations comes as no surprise to me and I am sure others will follow. I am debating whether I will go to Bristol or not. I did go to Bristol on his previous tour back in 2022 at the Bristol Hippodrome which was not a sell out and all balcony seats were left empty. I don't understand the mentality of his management as didn't they learn from the last time! I have been a top fan of Matt's since the dawn of time (or so it feels like) but due to other things I have found out about him which I won't divulge on here because others won't be able to handle the truth I don't care whether I attend or not.
ReplyDeleteI've just found out Matt's cancelled his two Butlins shows . Again he not been in contact with us fans who bought tickets. I will never book tickets to see Matt ever again.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
ReplyDeleteMatt did a live streaming last night begging fans to buy tickets. He was also challenged by fans over tixtox claims which he was not happy about.
