The Matt Goss  Experience Show Flops in Glasgow with over 2000 Unsold Tickets sold For His Glasgow Hall Performance.

Former Pop Icon Matt Goss, travelled to Glasgow tonight, bringing his Matt Goss Experience tour to the Glasgow City Royal concert hall.
Goss now 54 has been performing his Vegas-style show for over 12 Years and recently moved back to the UK after failing to secure a residency deal in Vegas.

Reports were Matt didn't turn up for shows, was aggressive at times with paying customers, and drank too much on stage.
Goss who performed at the 150 Capacity Gassy room in Vegas announced back in December 22 that he would be doing an 18-date UK and Ireland tour.
Sadly for the ex-Bros frontman things have not gone to plan with 3 cancelled shows and other performances failing to attract punters.

The Tour was hyped as Matt Goss (the British Sinatra ) on his website, yet this review by the Sun newspaper was not even a recent review but was published around 8 years ago according to the newspaper.
So desperate is the singer to try and sell tickets, they publish outdated reviews in the hope that they would give the show some credibility.

A more recent review by The Times reporter Stephen Dalton called the singer "David Brent of Pop" but as usual Matt's team refused to post the real review.
The tour since its first reschedule show has not seen much success with all venues only being quarter full with Matt and his team giving away thousands of free tickets.

Matt who recently performed to less than 400 people at Manchester Bridgewater Hall was offering free tickets to anyone that wanted them with not many taking up the offer to see his show.
A friend of the singer Dee Murphy also took to Facebook to offer free tickets for his Manchester Performance.

Tonight's show is no exception with the Glasgow City Royal Concert Hall only a quarter full with Promoters withdrawing over 2000 seats for this evening show.
Tonight's attendance is around 425 according to a source at the Theatre, even though 500 free tickets were offered to anyone who wanted them with no taker.

Tonight I watch the show with an open mind, Matt's vocals throughout his performance were not pitched perfect. The Cole Porter songs didn't interest me much, but as a guy of 30 years old, I felt I was surrounded by people of my Nanna age, which is not a bad thing but the atmosphere was very somber.

If you are of a certain age group and like Cole Porter's music you may enjoy this show. But for me and many others, I think it's a show that Matt's loyal fans would only attend out of loyalty nothing more.
