Linkin Park is poised to make a comeback after a seven-year hiatus, featuring a new album, a global tour, and the addition of two new members.
This announcement signifies the hard rock band's first venture into new music since the untimely passing of Chester Bennington in 2017.

Yesterday, the band from California disclosed their forthcoming album, "From Zero," which is slated for release on November 15. The album launch will be preceded by a world tour commencing in Los Angeles and concluding in London on September 24.  The band also disclosed that Emily Armstrong, from the band Dead Sara, will be joining as a co-vocalist, alongside Colin Brittain who will assume the role of drummer.

Linkin Park hosted a special live-streamed performance featuring the debut of their new song, "The Emptiness Machine."  Co-founder Mike Shinoda expressed, "Sonically and emotionally, it is about past, present, and future — embracing our signature sound, yet imbued with novelty and vitality."  Billboard has acclaimed Linkin Park as "one of the premiere rock groups of the 21st century." Established in 1996 by Shinoda and Bennington, the band achieved widespread recognition four years later with their album "Hybrid Theory."

The band unveiled details of "From Zero," their eighth studio album, during a live-streamed event attended by fervent fans. Members Shinoda, Delson, Farrell, and Hahn have informally convened in recent years, albeit initially not with the intent of reviving the band
