The Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter is ready to embark on a new journey within her career… 

 Doja Cat to social media to state she quitting music?  The singer  says She’s done with pop, 

 After years of recording what can best be described as Hip Hop Lite tracks, Doja Cat has come out to confirm she’s officially quitting the genre of pop music. 

 In the early hours of Sunday morning, the Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter took to Twitter to share with her fans that she’ll be taking her music in a different direction away from Pop within her next album.

“No more pop,” she tweeted, leading fans to suspect that she may be considering leaving the music industry all together. 

 Having clearly been influenced by her fans, Doja revealed that the feedback that she received has swayed her to go in a different direction, creatively speaking, for her next album.

While sources report that the singer-songwriter will be dropping new music this year, an official date has yet to be announced.
