Boyzone add second London date after huge demand for 2026 reunion show

Boyzone has officially announced a second night at London’s Emirates Stadium after fans fervently purchased tickets for their 2026 comeback show, leading to a remarkable sellout. The beloved group—comprised of Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, Keith Duffy, and Shane Lynch—will now perform at the iconic north London venue on Friday, June 5, in addition to the already scheduled show on Saturday, June 6. This highly anticipated event is titled "Two For The Road: Live at Emirates Stadium, London."
The initial date, named "One For The Road," saw all available tickets disappear within mere hours of the pre-sale launch last week. This overwhelming demand prompted promoters to arrange a second night, allowing the band to perform for over 88,000 fans across both shows—an unprecedented achievement that marks their largest live audiences to date.
These upcoming concerts will represent Boyzone’s first performances since their farewell tour in 2019, which concluded with a memorable five-night run at the prestigious London Palladium. Their announcement follows the tremendous success of the Sky documentary "Boyzone: No Matter What," which reignited public interest in the iconic Irish group, offering an emotional and nostalgic look at their remarkable 30-year journey through the music industry.
In a heartfelt statement, the band expressed: “We’ve been truly blown away and humbled by the response to the documentary this year. The outpouring of love we’ve received from fans around the world has inspired us to create the ultimate experience together, headlining our own stadium show. The four of us can’t wait to stand together again and enjoy ‘One For The Road.’” Formed in Dublin in 1993, Boyzone rose to become one of the UK and Ireland’s most successful pop acts, achieving an impressive 17 consecutive Top 10 singles between 1994 and 2008. Their hit list includes six Number 1 songs, such as "No Matter What," "A Different Beat," and "Words." With over 25 million records sold globally, they have garnered numerous accolades, including four Brit Awards and an Ivor Novello Award, solidifying their legacy in the music industry.
When asked by the Standard about their choice of London for such significant gigs, Keating replied: “This was the first place we came when we left Dublin in 1994. We recorded our debut album here, made appearances on Saturday morning TV shows, and honed our craft in this vibrant city. At that time, there was virtually no pop music scene in Ireland—we had to venture to the UK to be recognized. For 33 years, London has felt like home to us, so it’s fitting that we have the opportunity to say goodbye here.” The upcoming shows will also serve as a poignant tribute to their late bandmate, Stephen Gately, who sadly passed away in 2009, reminding fans of the enduring bond and legacy shared by the group throughout their career
