Oasis confirm reunion tour film to be made with Peaky Blinders creator.

As the highly anticipated Oasis Live '25 tour approaches, excitement builds with the confirmation of an accompanying film.   

Visionary Steven Knight, the BAFTA and Oscar-nominated writer, producer, and director renowned for “Peaky Blinders,” will lead the creative endeavor, while the talented Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace bring their innovative touch to direction.   

Fans were overjoyed last summer when Liam and Noel Gallagher announced their reunion, returning to the stage together for the first time in 16 years. 

This remarkable journey will take them across 19 dates in the UK and Ireland.  

Produced by Magna Studios, under the guidance of accomplished producers Sam Bridger and Guy Heeley, and executive producers Marisa Clifford and Kate Shepherd, the film embodies collaboration with groundbreaking talent. 

Previous works from Magna Studios such as “Beastie Boys Story” and “Gangs Of London” set a high standard for excellence.  With a rich legacy, Steven Knight’s storytelling shines through in projects like “Eastern Promises” and “Locke.” 

His recent creations, including the BBC series “This Town,” reveal the power of music to inspire change and connect generations.  Distributed by Sony Music Vision and led by Krista Wegener, the film represents a new chapter for Oasis.  

 Known for their timeless hits like "Wonderwall," "Supersonic," and "She’s Electric," Oasis leaves an indelible mark on music history. The band's split in 2009 only added to their mystique, but the reunion sparked a fresh wave of enthusiasm, leading fans to eagerly sign on for tickets despite challenges.  

The Britpop legends will light up stages across the UK and Ireland this summer, with performances beginning on July 4 and 5 at Cardiff's Principality Stadium. Following five unforgettable nights at Heaton Park in Manchester, they will continue their journey through London, Edinburgh, and Ireland before venturing to Australia, Asia, North America, and South America, wrapping up their tour in November.
