Lady Gaga’s album **MAYHEM** makes a powerful debut at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart, marking a remarkable milestone in her journey.
This sixth solo studio album and eighth overall, including collaborations with the late Tony Bennett, showcases her continued evolution as an artist with 55,600 chart units this week, over 36,000 of which are physical copies.

Gaga has previously reached Number 1 with her iconic albums **The Fame/The Fame Monster** (2009), **Born This Way** (2011), **ARTPOP** (2013), and **Chromatica** (2020). Her collaboration on the **A Star Is Born** soundtrack with Bradley Cooper also soared to Number 1 in 2018.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK member JENNIE lands at Number 3 with her debut solo album, RUBY. It’s the second record by a BLACKPINK member to earn a place in the Top 5 following rosie by ROSÉ which reached Number 4.
Outside the Top 10, Canadian heavy metal group Spiritbox score a new personal best and their second Top 20 album with Tsunami Sea (17).

Blackpool-formed rockers Jethro Tull enter at Number 25 with Curious Ruminant, their 26th Top 40 album, finishing ahead of Geordie group The Wildhearts who enter at 29 with their latest album Satanic Rites of the Wildhearts, marking their sixth Top 40 record.  Alt-rock outfit HotWax land their first Official Albums Chart entry with their debut album Hot Shock at Number 38.

While, Sabrina Carpenter’s 2022 album emails i can’t send enters the Top 40 for the first time ever, soaring 27 places to Number 40 following the kick-off of her UK tour. Previously it only just missed out on a Top 40 placing after peaking at 41 in 2024.
