Rumors are swirling that Rihanna might headline Glastonbury 2025, with exciting reports of a six-night residency at the London Stadium beginning on July 4—just five days after the festival wraps up.

The Telegraph newspaper reveals that while the residency isn’t confirmed, it’s at an advanced planning stage, with an announcement anticipated soon.

This news comes as Glastonbury has only announced Neil Young as a headliner for 2025, making the timing of the potential shows all the more intriguing.

Rihanna, who has never performed at Worthy Farm, last toured during her ‘ANTI’ World Tour in 2016. Despite a long break from touring, she remains deeply connected to her fans and has often been linked to the festival.

While plans fell through for her appearance in 2023, her spirit of resilience shines through as she continues to explore new horizons in her career.
In previous interviews, Rihanna expressed her desire to return to the studio and create new music, reminding us all about the importance of rediscovery and growth in our passions. Her last major releases include ‘Lift Me Up’ from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack and her unforgettable performance at the 2023 Oscars.

In addition to her music career, Rihanna recently celebrated love and justice as her partner A$AP Rocky received an acquittal in a high-profile trial. Her words of gratitude echo a powerful message: “The glory belongs to God and God alone! Thankful, humbled by His mercy! ”

As the world awaits the next chapter in Rihanna’s journey, Glastonbury 2025 already boasts names like Rod Stewart and Nile Rodgers & Chic, alongside a roster of rumored artists ready to inspire and uplift our spirits.
With re-sale tickets set to go on sale in the spring, anticipation is building for a festival that promises to be a celebration of music and resilience, reminding us that, like Rihanna, we can all rise and shine

  1. I'm not sure if Rihanna is the right act for Glastonbury. She not a hit in years.
