Eminem has been honored with a BRIT Billion Award by the BPI, representing the UK’s top record labels and music companies. This award recognizes Eminem's outstanding accomplishment of achieving seven billion UK streams, as calculated by the Official Charts Company.

Eminem, an influential figure in rap music, has achieved a UK chart record for the most consecutive Number 1s on the Official Albums Chart, with 10 consecutive studio albums topping the chart.

Recently, his 12th studio album, ‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de GrĂ¢ce)’, debuted at number one on the charts, marking his 11th No. 1 album in the UK.

With over seven billion UK streams, more than 60 of Eminem’s songs have been BRIT Certified, including 15 certified Multi-Platinum. His top three most streamed hits, including ‘Without Me’, ‘Lose Yourself’ and ‘Love The Way You Lie’ featuring Rihanna, have accumulated over 770 million UK streams alone.

The BRIT Billion Award, established in 2023, has been presented to 39 artists who have achieved over one billion UK career streams. Recipients include global icons such as Green Day, The Rolling Stones, Queen, ABBA, and Whitney Houston, as well as rap and hip-hop artists like AJ Tracey and Headie One, and pop artists like Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Camila Cabello, Lewis Capaldi, and RAYE.

The BRIT Billion Award reflects the impact of streaming on the music industry, with over 85% of the UK’s recorded music consumption now taking place through streaming. In 2023, the UK saw a record 180 billion audio streams in total, with over 2,000 artists amassing at least 10 million audio streams annually. Furthermore, more than 10,000 artists are streamed over a million times in the UK.
