Pop singer and rapper Nicki Minaj has hinted at a new date for her performance in Manchester after she was arrested in Amsterdam, leading to the cancellation of her sold-out Co-op Live gig on Saturday night (May 25).

The 41-year-old singer revealed that she was detained for about six hours at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport before being able to fly to the UK for her gig at Co-op Live arena. However, after fans had already entered the venue, promoter Live Nation announced that the concert was postponed and would be rescheduled.

On Sunday (May 26), Minaj suggested that the new date would likely be in June or July and teased that it would be announced on Monday (May 27).

She expressed her appreciation for Manchester and asked for time until the next day for an update on the new date.
Minaj mentioned the possibility of July 10th for the rescheduled performance, but it was later discovered that the band Kings Of Leon is already scheduled to perform at the Co-op Live venue on.

  1. I took my daughter for her birthday and I'm afraid she won't be going to another concert by this artist. It's the singer a bad role model for youngsters especially being stopped for drugs.
