King’s Coronation Concert: Line-Up Confirmed For Windsor Castle

Fire works singer Katy Perry is the artist to be performing at the King's coronation concert next month it has been confirmed.  

The singer along side Manchester band Take That, and Lionel Richie will be appearing at Windsor Castle to celebrate the crowning of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla, the BBC has announced. 

Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli, Welsh bass-baritone Sir Bryn Terfel, singer-songwriter Freya Ridings and classical-soul composer Alexis French have also been confirmed for the gig, with more acts to be announced soon.  

Some 20,000 members of the public, as well as invited guests, will watch the event unfold in person on Sunday May 7. It will also be broadcast across BBC television and radio stations
