Electronic Icon Gary Numan has announced a special series acoustic  gigs that promises fans something very different.

The former new wave and Nu'Cars' icon has revealed plans for a special acoustic tour for October 2023.  

The unique concerts will see Gary Numan perform select songs from his 40+ years of music, giving fans a chance to experience a totally new sound in an intimate acoustic setting.

The singer who commercial popularity peaked in the late 1970s and early 1980s with hits including "Are 'Friends' Electric?" and "Cars" (both of which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart), Numan has maintains a cult following and sold over 10 million albums..

The Are ‘Friends’ Electric? hitmaker – who recently played his 1,000th concert of his decades-spanning career – will embark on his latest venture this October. 

The shows will offer the first opportunity to hear his classic hits stripped back in a live setting.   

In 2021, Numan returned to the UK charts with his 19th album ‘Intruder’, which peaked at No. 2 on the UK official Album Chart.
